How long do balloon decorations last?
For indoor events, our installations can maintain their appearance from several days up to a few weeks, depending on the environment. For outdoor events, weather conditions such as heat, wind, and direct sunlight can affect longevity, so installations are best enjoyed on the day of your celebration.
Can balloon installations be used outdoors?
Yes! We regularly create outdoor balloon installations throughout New Jersey. We use professional-grade materials designed for durability, but outdoor installations are more sensitive to weather conditions. When possible, we recommend shaded areas to help preserve color and structure.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the installation. Smaller garlands may take about 1 hour, while larger installations may take 3–5 hours or more. We always schedule setup well in advance to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.

Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Once your booking is confirmed, we begin planning and sourcing materials for your installation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

Yes! We offer custom backdrops, signage, and design elements that complement our balloon installations. These pieces help create a cohesive event aesthetic and are perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other special celebrations.
What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?
For outdoor events, we recommend having a covered or indoor backup location whenever possible. Weather conditions such as rain or strong winds can affect balloon installations. If necessary, we will work with you or your planner to adjust placement when possible.
Can I choose my own colors or theme?
