1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with VIP Creations, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all clients engaging VIP Creations for balloon décor, installations, and event styling services throughout New Jersey.
Please review these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
2. Booking & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
Failure to submit the final payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the installation without refund of the deposit.
VIP Creations accepts Zelle and Venmo as our primary payment methods unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All payments made are non-refundable.
If a client cancels their event, the amount paid may be issued as credit that can be applied toward a future event with VIP Creations, subject to availability.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may require adjustments depending on materials already sourced for the event.
4. Materials & Product Quality
To ensure the highest quality and safety standards, VIP Creations exclusively uses our own professional-grade materials and balloons.
We do not install or work with balloons or décor materials provided by clients, as we cannot guarantee their quality, durability, or compatibility with our installation methods.
All materials used for installations are carefully sourced and selected to maintain consistent design quality and structural integrity.
5. Installation Requirements
Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue permits balloon installations and for ensuring the event space is accessible and ready for installation at the scheduled setup time.
Any delays caused by venue restrictions, limited access, or client-related circumstances may affect the installation timeline.
For outdoor events, VIP Creations cannot guarantee balloon longevity due to environmental conditions such as heat, wind, rain, humidity, or direct sunlight.
6. Safety & Liability
Balloons and installation components may pose a choking hazard to children under 8 years old and pets. Clients assume responsibility for supervising children and ensuring safe interaction with the décor.
Once the installation is completed and our team has left the venue, VIP Creations is not liable for damage caused by guest interaction, venue staff, or third parties.
Clients may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if installations are intentionally damaged or dismantled before the agreed breakdown time.
7. Event Date Changes
Clients may request a change of event date subject to availability.
VIP Creations will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes; however, we cannot guarantee availability for alternate dates.
8. Design & Creative Direction
All event designs are custom created based on the agreed concept, theme, and inspiration discussed during the planning process.
While VIP Creations strives to closely match inspiration photos and references, exact replication cannot be guaranteed, as each installation is uniquely crafted and influenced by materials, environment, and artistic interpretation.
9. Photography & Creative Content
VIP Creations reserves the right to photograph and document completed installations for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
If a client prefers that their event décor not be photographed or shared publicly, this request must be submitted in writing prior to the event date.
